  1. CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

Identification & Contact: Name, email, date of birth, and Tax ID (NIF).

High-Risk/Sensitive Assets: Property deeds, bank account details, insurance policies, and other wealth-related documentation uploaded to the Vault.

Biometric Data: FaceID or Fingerprint data (processed locally on your device via WebAuthn/FIDO2 for secure access).

Third-Party Data: Names and contact details of your designated Keyholders.

  1. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

Contractual Necessity: To provide the Digital Vault and Partner Network services.

Legitimate Interest: To ensure account security and send "Connectivity Pulse" reminders.

Explicit Consent: For the use of OCR and AI tools to scan, organize, and categorize your documents.

  1. DATA TRANSFERS & THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Your data is stored within the European Union (EU) to ensure maximum protection.

Storage: Microsoft Azure (Region: Northern Europe).

Payments: Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant processing).

Partner Network: No data is shared with Partners. Contact is initiated solely by the User.

  1. POST-MORTEM DATA RIGHTS

Pursuant to Article 17 of Law 58/2019 (Portugal), the rights of access, rectification, and erasure regarding a deceased person's data are exercised by the designated Keyholders or legal heirs, unless the User has provided contrary instructions within the Platform.

We currently use only Essential/Functional Cookies necessary for security and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies without prior consent.
